Release 2.11

Updated over 2 weeks ago

We have a few exciting updates to announce this month, including our new Statistics tool and a range of enhancements in the Data Explorer!

Introducing: Statistics

The new Statistics tool allows you to easily query any dataset to generate key information such as counts, averages, minimums, and maximums from data columns, helping you quickly extract insights from LENZA data without needing to export it.

Access it from the top-right corner of the Data Explorer:

Data Explorer Enhancements: Pre-set data selections

Do you often find yourself downloading the same combination of datasets in the Data Explorer?

Users can now pre-save a selection of datasets and download them all in one click. Simply click the “+” next to ‘Pre-saved data selection’ in the Data Explorer (below the data folders) and select the datasets you want to include.

This makes it quicker and easier to retrieve the data you use most frequently.

Data Explorer Enhancements:

Portfolio visualisation in the Data Explorer

You told us it would be helpful to view portfolios directly on the map in the Data Explorer - and now you can.

Your portfolios will appear in a folder titled ‘Portfolios’, allowing you to visualise them alongside other datasets. Portfolios can also be added directly to projects, making it easier to deploy assets onto selected buildings within your portfolio.

Data Explorer Enhancements:

Export shared local datasets

A highly requested feature from our users: you can now export user-uploaded datasets that have been shared with you within LENZA.

Simply add the dataset to the map, open the Layers tab, and select Export to download the data. Please note that this will depend on the permissions granted to you by your local admin user.

Data Explorer Enhancements: Search by UPRN

In addition to searching for locations by postcode, you can now also search using UPRNs. Simply enter a UPRN into the existing search bar in the Data Explorer and the map will zoom directly to that specific building, making it easier to locate and analyse individual properties.

Admin users only: Manage local dataset permissions by user group

Previously, admins could manage visibility of local datasets on a case-by-case basis. Now, local datasets can be assigned to permission groups, allowing admins to update access for multiple users at once, making data management faster and easier.

As always, you can find ‘how-to’ guides and video guides in the LENZA Knowledgebase, as well as Live Chat support.
