Release 2.8

Updated over 2 months ago

We’ve been hard at work improving your LENZA experience. Check out our updates below:

Feature enhancement: Scenarios

Introducing: Scenarios exports!

We do our best to provide useful and comprehensive reporting in our Scenario Modeller results page, but we understand that you may want to analyse your scenario outputs outside of LENZA.

That’s why we’ve added the ability to export your Scenarios. Simply click the ‘Export Data’ button on the results page, choose from either a CSV or JSON file, and wait for the data to arrive in your email.

Feature enhancement: Data Explorer

We’re excited to bring you new basemap options to use in the Data Explorer, including but not limited to:

  • Outdoor: Get better visibility of green spaces and their uses.

  • Satellite Streets: Easily identify major streets.

  • Navigation Day and Navigation Night: View day and night traffic pattern.

Leverage these to enrich your data analysis insights when exploring data on LENZA.

Updated data: Renewable Potential

Advanced Infrastructure’s data team have just released new and improved versions of the following datasets:

  • Domestic & Non-Domestic Air Source Heat Pump Potential

  • Domestic & Non-Domestic Ground Source Heat Pump Potential

  • Domestic & Non-Domestic Heat Demand

The new modelling methodology provides better coverage and more accurate results with special considerations for multi-occupancy buildings.

You may notice some slight changes in the total number of buildings for your local authority, as these numbers have been updated to be more accurate.

Updated data: Addressbase Premium

You can now find the most up-to-date Addressbase Premium dataset from Ordnance Survey on LAEP+.

Use this to identify different types of buildings and their purpose when running feasibility assessments.

Feature enhancement: Logging in

We know it’s time-consuming to enter an MFA code each time you login to LAEP+, so our login process has been updated to include a ‘Remember this device for 30 days’ option.

If you choose to toggle this option, you will not be required to enter your MFA code when logging in for the next 30 days.
