Sometimes you need to work on data outside the application. That's okay. (Although let us know via Chat > Submit Feedback if there's something we can do to help you complete more of your work in the application.)

If you prefer video-based learning, here's a video which walks through the steps in this tutorial:

Navigate to Map > Data and download your chosen dataset(s) to the map.

In the Map view, navigate to the Layers tab and expand your dataset.

Click export. Currently data an be exported in CSV or JSON format.

Don't see the export button for your dataset? A very small number of datasets cannot be exported from the platform. This is for data security or license reasons.

You will receive two files: one which contains the dataset, and one which contains the metadata for the dataset. More info on dataset metadata here.

Once you have filtered your chosen dataset, simply click "Save" then "Download".

This will trigger an email from admin@advanced-infrastructure.co.uk to be sent to the address associated with your account, containing the filtered dataset as a CSV file.
