Under Economy we gather the financial information about the property — from tax assessment and market data to title registrations and mortgage deeds.
Good to know: Information such as mortgage deeds and historical owners is based on data from FDS. With an FDS extract, the data is filled in automatically.

Tax assessment
Discover all tax assessment units for the property, with data from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).
Market data
Here you will find market data from Newsec and Forum. You can easily switch between table view and map view to see the information from whichever perspective suits your analysis best. This shows the location the property is in, depending on premises type, together with relevant key figures.

Title & registrations
Registered transactions and corporate transactions since 1 September 2014.
With an FDS extract, "Registered owners – history" is filled in automatically, if there is any earlier registration.

An overview of the property's mortgage deeds. This section is only available with an FDS extract.
