FDS Extracts

How does “UNLOCK FDS” work?

An FDS extract retrieves property information directly from Lantmäteriet (the Swedish national land survey), so you always get the most recent data available. The extract includes, among other things:

  • easements

  • joint property units

  • mortgage deeds

  • historical owners

The extract is sent as a PDF to your email and is filled into the property card automatically at the same time.

Getting Started

You retrieve an FDS extract under Reports in the top right corner of the property card. Click UNLOCK FDS — the data is then retrieved directly from Lantmäteriet. When you click the button, you also see clearly how many of your extracts have already been used.

You can now also retrieve FDS directly from the home page.

Where do you find the data in the property card?

Once you have retrieved an FDS extract, the information is also saved in the property card, under Economy:

  • Mortgage deeds — an overview of the property's mortgage deeds. This section is only available with an FDS extract.

  • Registered owners – history — filled in automatically under Title & registrations, if there is any earlier registration.

Easements and joint property units from the extract are also saved on the property.
