Your orders report used to show one status column. It's now two: Send status shows whether a gift reached your recipient. Claim status shows what happened next, like Claimed, Expired, or Cancelled.
💡 Why it matters
Before this, a gift that failed to send looked the same as one that simply hadn't been claimed yet. You couldn't tell the two apart. Splitting the column means you can see straight away when something didn't arrive, and why.
📤 Send status
Send status shows whether a gift reached your recipient. It's either Successful or Failed.
🏷️ Claim status
Claim status shows what your recipient did once the gift arrived: Claimed, Expired, or Cancelled.
💷 On the free plan
The free plan shows Send status only, so you can see whether a gift reached your recipient. To also see Claim status, whether they've claimed it, or if it's expired or been cancelled, you need Huggg Campaigns.
📥 On your CSV downloads
You'll see the same two columns on your CSV downloads: Send status and Claim status.
