If you are having trouble accessing your Huggg account, it is usually something we can fix quickly.

Try these quick fixes first

Before reaching out to our team, please try these quick steps to resolve the most common issues:

  • Check for typos: Ensure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of your email address.

  • Try an Incognito window: Sometimes saved browser data causes a conflict. Try logging in using a Private or Incognito tab.

  • Browser extensions: Disable any ad-blockers or security extensions that might be preventing the page from loading correctly.
