I can't log in: Troubleshooting login issues

If you are seeing an error message and it won't let you log in, follow these steps. This guide covers common login issues and how to report a specific login error.

If you're having trouble logging in to your Huggg account, it's usually something we can fix quickly.


💡 Try these quick fixes first

Before you contact us, try these steps. They clear up the most common login problems:

  • Check for typos. Make sure there are no extra spaces at the start or end of your email address.

  • Try an Incognito window. Saved browser data can cause a conflict. Try logging in using a Private or Incognito tab.

  • Turn off browser extensions. Disable any ad-blockers or security extensions that might stop the page loading correctly.
