Every Huggg account has a digital Wallet. The Wallet is your dedicated gifting budget. When you send a gift, the funds are drawn from your wallet balance to generate the gift links.
💳 How to fund your gifts
The Huggg Wallet works well for central budgeting, but you can also pay as you go at checkout. You have three options:
Pay at Checkout. If you'd rather not hold a balance, pay as you go. At the end of the gifting flow, you'll be prompted to pay for your gifts by credit or debit card.
Top up via card. Add funds to your wallet at any time using a credit or debit card. Useful if you want to set a specific budget for the month. Go to the Wallet tab and click Top up.
Top up via bank transfer. For larger amounts or departmental budgets, bank transfer may suit better. Click Top up in the Wallet tab and select Bank Transfer to see our payment details.
Important: include your unique HG reference number as the payment reference so we can identify your payment. CHAPS transfers arrive within 24 hours. BACS transfers take 3-5 working days.
📊 Tracking your balance
Your available wallet balance shows in the left-hand sidebar of your dashboard. For a detailed breakdown of every transaction, check your Gift history.
