Available to Plus/Pro account holders only


You can check the email status and redemption (order) status by heading to the 'Orders' page. Both your 'Gift reporting' and 'Order history' tabs will provide this information in different ways.

Here is a short video to explain more.

Gift reporting:

  • Locate the 'Link status' column and hover over the status to view a timeline of redemption events for your required gift. For gift cards, please note that 'Redeemed' indicates that the recipient has claimed the voucher, this does not necessarily mean that the full balance or part of the balance has yet been used.

  • You can also check to see when a link was cancelled (see below):

  • For information on what each status means, please see below:

    Email/SMS status

    Created - link generated but not yet redeemed.
    Scheduled - link ready to be sent on scheduled date.
    No data available - SMS or Email link generated but not yet sent.
    Delivered - SMS or Email link received by recipient's device.
    SMS Failed - something has caused the message to go undelivered. A network error or device issue. etc
    Blocked - recipient's device refused the message containing the link.
    Opened - link has been opened via the recipient.
    Cancelled - link has been cancelled via the sender


Order History:

  • If you head over to the Order History tab, you'll see the redemption column, with the relevant redemption status for each transaction:

  • If you hover over the circle, you'll see the breakdown. Each colour of the circle represents one of four statuses, see below:

    Redeemed - the recipient has claimed a gift or in the case of a gift card, selected a brand.
    Cancelled - a user has cancelled the link.
    Expired - the recipient did not claim the link before the expiry date passed.

    Remaining - the recipient has not yet claimed the gift/voucher.

  • If you have sent a batch of Hugggs, the breakdown will reflect all Hugggs:

    Please note:

  • The 'Order status' will remain 'Open' if there are any links left to be claimed.

  • Once all links have been redeemed, cancelled, or expired, the status will update to: 'Closed'.
