If you use Huggg Campaigns (a paid feature), your account shows two balances: your 'Available balance' and your 'Live balance'.
💷 What each balance means
The two balances split your money into what you can spend and what's already committed:
Available balance is the money you can spend on new gifts.
Live balance is the money committed to gifts that haven't been claimed yet.
If a gift expires without being claimed, its value moves from your Live balance back to your Available balance.
📍 Where to find them
You can see both balances in two places:
The '£' tab in the left-hand menu.
The 'Top ups' tab under 'My account' (hover over your icon in the top right).
Both balances update automatically as gifts are claimed or expire.
