Customers who have purchased our Gift Claim Guarantee feature will be able to see both ‘Available balance’ and ‘Live balance'.
You can view these funds by clicking on the ‘£’ tab in the left hand column, or finding the ‘Top Ups’ tab after hovering over your icon in the top right of the screen and clicking ‘My account’.
'Available balance' refers to the funds currently available for new transactions.
'Live balance' refers to the funds tied up against Hugggs that are yet to be redeemed. If they expire without redemption, the funds will move back to the 'Available balance'.
