Under the '£' tab located in the left hand column, you will see two separate figures under 'My account status'. ​ 'Available' refers to the funds currently available for new transactions. ​ ​'Live' refers to the funds tied up against Hugggs that are yet to be redeemed. If they expire without redemption, the funds will move back to the 'Available' pot. ​ ​
