Whether you can get a refund for an unclaimed gift depends on your plan. On the free plan, gifts can't be refunded once they're sent. With Huggg Campaigns, unclaimed gifts are refunded automatically.
On the free plan
On the free plan, the recipient has one year from when you send a gift to accept and claim it. So an unclaimed gift isn't lost straight away.
Refunds aren't available once a gift has been sent. This is because you pay for your gifts when you buy them.
To recover the value of gifts that go unclaimed, you can add Huggg Campaigns to your account.
With Huggg Campaigns
Huggg Campaigns is a paid feature. With it, any unclaimed gifts are refunded to your Huggg balance after they expire, so you only pay for gifts that are claimed.
