Your HG reference is the payment reference you include when you top up by bank transfer. It lets us match your payment to your account. You'll find it on the 'Top up' page.
📋 Finding your HG reference
In the left-hand menu, select the '£' section.
Scroll down to the 'Top up account' section.
Click the 'By bank transfer' tab. Your HG reference is shown next to 'Reference'.
Include this reference on your bank transfer so we can add the money to your account without delay.
