Follow the steps in this guide to create a batch of unique links.
Once purchased, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the 'Order details' button.
Click 'Add order notes' in the top right hand corner and name the batch, for example: 'Pre-meeting coffee vouchers'.
Whenever you need to send a voucher, head back into your 'Orders' tab, enter the batch name into the search bar and click into your order.
You can then copy a link, mark it as sent, add a note if needed and finally, issue to your recipient using your own method.
