You can send Hugggs by email by choosing a gift (or choice of gift), adding a personal message, and entering the recipient’s email address. Huggg will send the gift link for you, either instantly or on a scheduled date.
How to send Huggg gifts by email:
Head to 'Send gifts' and decide whether you'd like to 'Send a choice of gift' or 'Send a gift card'
Choose a gift range using the filters on the left or, customise the gifts available by clicking 'Customise Choices' in the top right.
Once you’ve double-checked everything and hit ‘Next', you will be taken to the next screen where you can add a message
Scroll further down and you can choose a digital wrap for the gift
Decide how you'd like to send your gifts. In this case, select 'Email, sent by Huggg'. Here's a video that might help.
When prompted, add your recipients' email addresses in the box. You also have the option to add notes, to help you keep track later down the line.
Make sure you click 'Add recipient'.
Decide whether you'd like to send now, or schedule the email to send at a future date.
If you decide to schedule for later, we'll send the voucher link for you on the chosen date.
Choose an expiry date - the date by which the recipient must select their gift
Review and pay for your purchase
View the confirmation screen, then relax!

Does the recipient need an account to receive a Huggg?
No. Recipients don’t need an account to receive or redeem a Huggg. They just click the link in the email and choose their gift.
Do I need the recipient’s postal address?
No. You only need an email address. The recipient enters their own delivery details when they redeem the gift.
Can I send the gift at a later date?
Yes. You can schedule the email to be sent on a future date, and Huggg will send the gift link automatically.
What happens if the email isn’t received?
Emails can occasionally be delayed or filtered into spam. If the recipient doesn’t receive it, you can resend the gift or contact support for help.
What happens if the gift expires?
If the gift expires before the recipient redeems it, it won’t be claimable. You can choose expiry dates carefully or resend a new gift if needed.
