Huggg has three user roles: Admin, Team-Viewer, and Participant. When you invite a colleague, they're added as a Participant by default.

π The three roles
Each role has a different level of access:
Role | What they can do |
Admin | Full control. Can add and remove members, top up the wallet, view all invoices, and send gifts. |
Team-Viewer | Oversight and sending. Can send gifts and see all transactions and reports for the entire team. |
Participant | The sender. Can send gifts using the shared balance. Sees only their own transaction history. |
Can we have more than one Admin?
Yes, and we recommend having at least two Admins on your account. If one person is away or leaves the company, your team won't be locked out of billing or user management. There's no extra cost for adding additional Admins.

π§ How to change or upgrade a role
User roles are managed by the Huggg Support team to keep account security tight. To upgrade a colleague (or yourself) to Admin or Team-Viewer:
An existing Admin emails hello@huggg.me
Include the email address of the colleague you wish to upgrade
Specify which role you'd like them to have (Admin or Team-Viewer)
Our team will process the request and let you know once the permissions have been updated.

π‘ When to use Team-Viewer
The Team-Viewer role is perfect for Managers or Team Leads. They can keep sending rewards to their own reports. They also get a "big picture" view of what the rest of the team is spending. They don't get access to company billing or sensitive invoices.
