How to launch Huggg to your team

Gifting works best when it's timely and decentralised. Here are the most effective ways to ensure your team drives recognition:

  • Define your "Recognition Moments": Be clear with your team about when to send a Huggg. Is it for a work anniversary, a project win, or a "Friday coffee"?

  • Run a "Demo" Session: Host a 10-minute walkthrough. People are more likely to use the platform once they see how easy the recipient experience is.

  • Lead by Example: Send a small treat to your managers first. Once they experience the "dopamine hit" of receiving a Huggg, they’ll be excited to send them to their own reports.


User and Sending Limits

We want to help you scale your gifting without bottlenecks:

  • Is there a limit on users? No. You can add as many team members as you need. There is no per-user seat cost.

  • What is the maximum I can send? Using Bulk Upload (CSV) or Group Links, you can send up to 10,000 gifts in a single campaign.
