We require a form of identification for online pharmacy medicine or age restricted items.

Your ID may have been rejected for the below reasons,

路 You are not over the age of 18.

路 The name you have listed on your order does not match the name listed on your form of identification.

路 The form of identification uploaded was not a government issued driving license or passport.
