This means that they can block you from ordering certain medication if their system shows that it needs a clinician review.
You'll see the below message on the medication:
Contact your GP surgery for more information, as the Hey Pharmacist patient experience team are not able to remove this block or place an order on your behalf.
If you've had the review and the block still hasn't been removed, you'll need to speak with the GP surgery.
