The GP surgery control the medication and dates listed on your Hey Pharmacist account; it's taken directly from their system so that they can control the frequency of requests.
If you're not able to select a medication for ordering, it's likely that the GP surgery are only allowing you to order after a certain date has passed, or that the GP surgery have issued a repeat batch of prescriptions to last until the date shown on your account, which may be a date in the future.
If you need the date to be brought forward, or you're not sure if it is due to a repeat dispense batch of prescriptions, contact your GP surgery to find out.
