How to add or remove repeat medication on your account

We link directly into your GP surgery, which gives your GP full control over the medication you see on your Hey Pharmacist account.

If your up-to-date repeat medication list isn't showing on your account, contact your GP surgery and ask them to update your repeat medication list that appears online.

When your GP adds or removes medication, the list on your account will update automatically.

The Hey Pharmacist support team are not able to add medication to your list.

Please note that acute medication, usually only given as a one-off, will not show on your account for you to order.

If we receive an acute prescription from your GP, we'll create an order and you'll be able to track it's progress through your account.
