To place an order you'll need to be signed into your Hey Pharmacist account on the mobile app or website.
Postage via Royal Mail by Hey Pharmacist
Select the medication you need to order
Select 'Request medication'
Select 'Choose Postage via Royal Mail'
Select the delivery address or add a new one
Confirm if you pay or are exempt from prescription charges
Check the details in the 'basket' screen and then select 'place order'
Once you've placed your first order, the details will be saved for next time so you'll skip from option 2 to 6.
Collect from any pharmacy
Select the medication you need to order
Select 'Request medication'
Select 'Collect from any pharmacy'
Enter your postcode and select the local pharmacy you want to collect from
Check the details in the 'basket' screen and then select 'place order'
Once you've placed your first order, the details will be saved for next time so you'll skip from option 2 to 5.
Pharmacy Delivery (if available in your area)
Select the medication you need to order
Select 'Request medication'
Select 'Choose Pharmacy Delivery'
Check the details in the 'basket' screen and then select 'place order'
Your GP registered address will be used as default, you can change your delivery address on the basket screen
Once you've placed your first order, the details will be saved for next time so you'll skip from option 2 to 5.
