Booking a patient with Hero Health gives the patient the ability to cancel or reschedule the appointment (set this up here!)
It also means that they will receive a booking confirmation and reminders automatically via email!
To book a patient directly using Hero Health, first go to the Home screen, then select Book appointment (as shown below).
Once you have selected this, you should see the admin-led booking screen.
On this screen you can then select the:
Patient
Billpayer
Appointment
Location
Practitioner
Date and time
Then select Confirm to create the booking in your diary.
