How to change your cancellation policy

On Hero, cancellation policies are decided by the practice. Our default cancellation policy is 24 hours, but clients can easily change this by following a few simple steps.

Start by clicking settings in the main toolbar.

Then click practice group settings

Edit the cancellation policy by hours or days.
