Here’s a quick guide to help you create, freeze, or deactivate your card and manage these key actions easily.
All these options are accessible from the app or your computer.
Create a Card
To create a card, go to the "Card" tab and follow these steps:
Select the user to whom the card will be assigned.
Choose the account you want to link to this card.
If the card is virtual, the process is complete: you can use it immediately.
If it’s a physical card, add a delivery address.
Note: Delivery is available only in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
Confirm the operation to finalize the creation of your card.
Freeze a Card
Go to your account and select the card in question.
Click on "Freeze Card" and confirm the operation.
Once the card is frozen, all payments will automatically be blocked.
You can unfreeze the card at any time through strong authentication (2FA).
Deactivate a Card
The procedure is similar to freezing:
Select the card in question and click on "Deactivate Card."
Confirm the operation.
Note: Unlike freezing, deactivation is permanent.
