📝 Where can I add my cleaning instructions?
You can enter your cleaning instructions and preferences directly in your customer profile:
Log in to your customer account.
Go to the “Orders” section.
Click “Edit” in the bottom left corner.
In the edit view, you’ll find the field “Add Cleaning Instructions”.
Here you can enter any preferences and important details.
✅ Once you’ve saved your instructions, they will be shared with your cleaner immediately. They will receive a notification with your preferences right away.
What kind of cleaning instructions and preferences can I add?
You can choose from a list of common additional tasks, such as:
Change sheets
Fridge cleaning
Oven cleaning
Window cleaning
Garbage disposal
Fold clothes
Ironing
Vacuum carpets
Wash dishes

You also have access to a free text field, where you can leave personal notes or preferences – for example, which cleaning products you’ve provided or which surfaces should be treated with extra care.
