Why haven't I received an invoice for my previous appointment yet?

Your invoice will only be created once the provider confirms your appointment. After the confirmation, you can easily find the invoice in your profile under “Invoices.” Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email for your records.

Payment is usually processed shortly after the appointment ends, as soon as the provider confirms the invoice in their profile. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at any time!
