What to do if your cleaner hasn’t arrived:
If your appointment has started and your cleaner isn’t on site, there are two simple ways to take action right away:
1. Our Support Team – here to help you personally
Need immediate assistance? Connect directly in the chat with one of our dedicated service agents. We’ll check your booking and help you get in touch with your cleaner or find the best solution – personally, quickly, and reliably.
2. Self-service via the Helpling Support Portal
Prefer to manage the situation yourself? No problem – the Support Portal makes it easy to report an issue. Here’s how:
Log into your customer account.
Click the icon with the shaking hands in the top right corner.
Select “Report a problem.”
Click on “My service provider hasn’t arrived or didn’t show up.”
Choose the relevant appointment.
You’ll then have several options:
Contact your cleaner directly by phone (if available).
Wait a few more minutes and return to the case later.
Cancel the appointment yourself, if needed.
Sometimes delays can happen due to traffic or previous appointments. In most cases, the delay is minor and can be clarified quickly.
