There are several ways to apply vouchers to your booking:
Enter the voucher during the booking process
If you have received a voucher code, you can enter it directly during your booking. The field for entering the discount code can be found in the summary of your booking details on the right side. In our app, you can enter the voucher code at the bottom of the screen in the summary after selecting the desired duration.
Note: Please always check the redemption conditions before using your voucher code, including the validity period and applicable booking frequency.
Automatic voucher application
If you became aware of our service through a special promotion and make a booking, the voucher will usually be automatically applied to your booking. This is typically displayed during the booking process.
Adding a voucher after booking
If you wish to rebook a previously booked cleaner via a direct request through the service provider’s profile or add a voucher to an already active booking, direct entry of a voucher is currently not possible. In this case, our friendly service team will be happy to assist you. Please contact us, and we will check whether the discount can be applied retroactively.
