How can I delete my data?

We’re sorry to hear that you're considering deleting your account and the associated data. If you’re willing to share your reasons, we would love to hear your feedback – every comment helps us improve our platform.

Please note: Data deletion is irreversible. Once the process is completed, all personal data will be permanently deleted – including your user account and all related information. You will no longer have access to this information.
We strongly recommend that you download and save all necessary informations beforehand, especially past invoices.

Important notes before deleting your data

  • Once deleted, your account cannot be accessed anymore.

  • Invoices, bookings, and personal data will no longer be retrievable.

  • The deletion is final and cannot be undone.

  • Please back up any important data, especially invoices

How can I request the deletion of my data?

Option 1: Directly via your user account

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to "Account Settings".

  3. Click on "Edit" the "User Data" tab.

  4. Scroll down and click on "Request account deletion".

Option 2: By email to our data protection team

Alternatively, you can also request deletion by email:

Please make sure to write from the email address associated with your account, so we can verify your request.

What happens after you submit your request?

  • You will receive a confirmation email with all necessary next steps.

  • Your data will initially be marked as restricted in accordance with § 35 para. 3 no. 1 BDSG.

  • The review and processing of your deletion request is generally carried out within the framework of the applicable data protection regulations. In individual cases, the process may take up to 6 weeks, especially if a legal review is required or further verification is necessary.

  • Once all legal and technical requirements are met, you will receive a final confirmation of the deletion.
