How can I contact my provider?

Helpling gives you the convenient option to easily contact your cleaner directly from your account. This is especially useful for preparing for an appointment or discussing last-minute changes.

Chat function to get in touch with your service provider

The easiest way to get in touch with your service provider is directly via the navigation bar where you will find “Chat”.

Alternatively, you can access the message function directly in your booked order. Your service provider is displayed there, and to the right you will find the button for the practical chat function.

In the desktop version, your order will be displayed directly on the home page, together with your cleaner and the chat button. In the app, please first go to “orders” at the bottom of the navigation bar and then select the appropriate order.

The first time you open it, you also have the option of setting up a translation function if needed.

You can also change the language at any time later in your personal account settings.

💡 Chatting with your service provider is only possible after the order has been confirmed.


Phone:

In urgent cases, you also have the option to contact your service provider directly by phone. Before each appointment, Helpling will send you a reminder email that includes your provider’s phone number.
