The customer wants me to stay longer? Is that ok?

If an appointment requires more time, you can of course stay longer. However, we recommend doing so only after agreeing this with the customer.

Before you extend the appointment, please also check your own booking calendar to make sure you really have enough time and won’t be late for your next job.

Important: After the appointment, please remember to update the duration when creating the invoice, so billing is correct.
