Can I delay my order after it's been processed?

No β€” once your Huel order has been processed, it can't be delayed.

Why can't we delay your processed Huel order?

  • As soon as your Huel subscription order is processed (usually between 2am–5am on your renewal date), it's immediately sent to our fulfilment team.

  • At that stage, your Huel order is already being picked and packed, so changes (including delaying) aren't possible.

What you can do instead

  • If you don't need your Huel order, you can return it once it arrives. See our Delivery Questions page for how returns work.

  • For future Huel orders, you can:

    • Skip an upcoming delivery of your Huel subscription.

    • Change your delivery date for your Huel subscription.

    • Adjust the frequency of your Huel subscription.

Tip

To avoid your Huel order processing before you're ready, make changes to your subscription the day before your renewal date.
