How it works
Payment is taken as soon as your Huel subscription renews (usually between 2am–5am on your renewal date). Once payment is successful, your order is sent to our fulfillment team to be picked, packed, and shipped. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Important to know
If your payment fails, your Huel subscription won't process until the issue is fixed
Updating your payment method promptly helps avoid delays
Charges always appear on your account before the courier receives your Huel parcel
