Do Huel scoops come in every bag?
Yes — for US customers, a Huel scoop is included in every bag of Huel Powder, Huel Black Edition, Huel Essential, and Huel Complete Protein, including orders placed through Amazon.
If you cannot find your scoop, it may have shifted during shipping — check beneath the surface of the powder.
Huel Powder (v3.1, Black Edition, Essential) — measuring without a scoop
If you cannot find your Huel Powder scoop, use a standard measuring cup as a guide:
1 Huel Powder scoop = approximately a heaping ⅓ cup = 200 kcal
2 Huel Powder scoops = approximately ¾ cup = 400 kcal (standard meal)
Mixing ratios for Huel Powder:
Approximately 8.5 fl oz (250ml) water per scoop
Approximately 17 fl oz (500ml) water for a full 2-scoop serving
Adjust the amount of water to suit how thick or thin you prefer your Huel shake.
Huel Daily Greens — finding your scoop
The Huel Daily Greens scoop is placed on top of the powder inside the pouch before it leaves us, but the scoop may get buried under the Daily Greens powder during shipping.
To find the Huel Daily Greens scoop:
Shake the pouch well in all directions before opening
If shaking does not work, check beneath the surface of the Daily Greens powder
If you still cannot find the Huel Daily Greens scoop after searching the pouch thoroughly, say "talk to a human" and our team will send a replacement.
Huel Complete Protein — scoop size and measurements
A scoop is included in every bag of Huel Complete Protein.
Huel Complete Protein scoop measurements:
1 scoop = 29g = 20g protein = 105 kcal
Important: Huel Complete Protein scoops are smaller than standard Huel Powder scoops — do not use them interchangeably
If you cannot find your Huel Complete Protein scoop, check beneath the surface of the powder — it may have shifted during transit.
