New customers receive a free scoop with the first order of Huel powder products. This article applies to customers in the United States.
When a free scoop is included:
First-time orders of Huel Powder v3.0, Huel Black Edition, Huel Essential, or Huel Complete Protein (powder products) include a scoop.
First-time orders of Huel Daily Greens (powder) include a scoop and a Huel greens bottle.
The scoop is part of the Huel starter kit and is only included automatically with the first qualifying order.
How to get additional Huel scoops:
For Huel subscriptions (recurring orders):
Log in to your Huel account: https://www.huel.com/account/login
Go to “My Subscriptions.”
Select “Manage Subscription.”
Click “Add Item” and add a scoop to the next order.
For one-time purchases:
Additional scoops can be purchased from the Accessories section on the Huel website.
Why scoops are not included in every order:
Huel only includes scoops with the first order to help reduce plastic waste.
If a scoop was missing from a first Huel order:
Confirm the order was the first purchase of a qualifying powder product.
Have the Huel order number ready.
