I received my order but cannot find my scoop
If you did not find a scoop in your bag, it may have shifted during shipping. Check thoroughly beneath the surface of the powder in your pouch.
How to add a scoop to a future order (if you need extras)
For subscriptions:
Log in to your Huel account at huel.com/login
Go to My Subscriptions
Select Manage Subscription
Click Add Item and add a scoop to your next order
For one-time orders: Add a scoop from the Accessories section at checkout.

If you cannot locate your scoop after checking your pouch thoroughly, say \"talk to a human\" and our Customer Experience team will send a replacement scoop right away.
