Starting with Huel is simple — we recommend easing in gradually so your body can adjust to Huel's high fiber content and you can find what works best for your routine.

Step 1: Start small

Begin with just one scoop per day, replacing one meal — breakfast or lunch work well. This gives your digestive system time to adapt without any abrupt changes.

Step 2: Build up gradually

If it feels good after a few days, increase to two scoops per serving and add more Huel meals over time depending on your goals and routine.

Step 3: Find what works for you

Huel is flexible by design. Use it occasionally, as a daily meal replacement, or go 100% Huel — there's no one-size-fits-all approach. Most customers find a good starting point with 1–2 meals a day alongside a balanced diet.
