What are the main ingredients of Huel RTD?

Huel RTD is made from oat powder, pea protein, MCTs, and flaxseed. V2.0 adds hemp protein, stevia, and glucofibre — improving amino acids, sweetness, and gut support.

Written by Jamie Forbes

Huel RTD is made from whole food ingredients chosen for nutritional quality and digestibility. The formula has been updated in v2.0 with some meaningful improvements over v1.0.

Ingredients in both versions

Both v1.0 and v2.0 include gluten-free oat powder and tapioca starch for carbohydrates, pea protein as the primary protein source, MCTs from coconut for clean fast-acting energy, and flaxseed for essential omega-3 ALA fatty acids.

What changed in v2.0

V2.0 replaces brown rice flour with hemp protein, adding a complementary plant protein source that boosts the overall amino acid profile. It also switches from sucralose to stevia and coconut sugar for a more natural sweetness, and replaces oligofructose with soluble glucofibre for improved digestive support.
