Unopened pouches last well — check the best before date printed on the back of the bag (typically 12+ months from purchase). Once opened, use within 3 months for the best quality and flavor. Always reseal the pouch between uses and store somewhere cool and dry.

Once you've added water, eat immediately or refrigerate leftovers and consume within 24 hours. Reheat once only, adding a splash of water to restore texture.
