Even without internet access, you may still have the option to check in and out of your shift.
Offline QR code check-in & check-out via kiosk (if enabled for your shift)
If your shift has the option to check in or out via a QR code and kiosk, you will still be able to access your QR code even when you have no internet connection.
Go to the More tab and tap the QR code icon in the top navigation bar.
Your QR code will open.
Scan your QR code via the kiosk and you will be checked in or out as appropriate.
Your check-in or check-out time will stored and registered in the system from when you scanned your QR code
Once you regain internet connection, refresh the app it will update with the latest status of your shift.
Offline check-in & check-out manually (if enabled for your shift)
If you still have the option prompted in-app to check into your shift then you may still tap the Check in or out button to register your check-in or check-out time.
The app will store your time(s) as appropriate and will update as soon as you regain connection.
Tip: Try to ensure you load the app whilst you have internet access as close to your shift start time as possible. This will allow the app to load the section to check-in or check-out on the Home screen for you to use when offline.
