Depending on your shift, there are two potential ways to check into your shift: Manually in-app or scanning your QR code from the app via a kiosk.
Using QR code check-in via kiosk (if enabled for your shift)
12 hours before your shift, on the Home tab, there will be a section displayed stating your shift is coming up.
Once your check in time is ready, there will be a button that will appear to check into your shift. Your check-in time will be ready as set by your hiring team. This could be for example: 30 mins, 1 hour, 2 hours or more before your shift start time.
Tap the QR check in button to open your QR code.
Scan your QR code via the kiosk to process your check-in. Your check-in time will be based on the time you confirm your check in.
You will receive a confirmation via the kiosk stating you have successfully checked into your shift
Using manual check-in (if enabled for your shift)
12 hours before your shift, on the Home tab, there will be a section displayed stating your shift is coming up.

Tap the Check in button and confirm you want to check into your shift. Your check-in time will be based on the time you confirm your check in.
Once confirmed, you will see the status of your shift updated to Checked in.
