What is the "Invoices" section for?

The Invoices section makes it simple to manage your invoices and payments in one place.

You can view, download, and pay your invoices, check your current billing, and see your credit invoices. You can also add a payment method, so your invoices are paid automatically.

This helps you always know what you need to pay and pay it on time.

You can find your invoices in Billing & Assets -> Invoices.

🔔 The "Invoices" section and its features may not be available in your platform. Where available, invoice management is accessible to administrators or users with the appropriate permissions.

Features

See your current billing details

The "Billing" table shows your active subscription for the current period, including the period dates, the number of units, and the amount with and without VAT (value-added tax).

You know what your next invoice will include before it arrives, so you can plan your budget with confidence and avoid surprises.

See all invoice details

Below "Billing" you will find the "Invoices", where every invoice in the list shows the key information you need, so you do not have to open each one. For each invoice, you can see:

  • Status

  • The date it was created

  • The due date, in the "Pay until" column

  • Any late payment fee

  • The total amount and the amount already paid

This saves you time when you check your payments or prepare reports for your finance team. You can also sort the list by invoice number, date, total, or paid amount to find any invoice in a few clicks.

Check the status of every invoice

Each invoice has a clear status, "Paid", "Unpaid" or "Partly paid". You can see immediately which invoices still need your attention, so no payment is forgotten and you can act before the due date.

Download invoices as PDF files

Select the PDF icon in the "View" column to open any invoice as a PDF file. You always have a copy ready for your records, audits, or your accounting team, and you do not need to contact anyone to request it.

Pay your invoices online

Select "Pay" next to any unpaid invoice to pay it directly from the platform. You do not need to log in to your online bank or copy payment details by hand. This saves time and reduces the risk of payment mistakes, such as a wrong amount or reference number.

Upload a payment order

If an invoice is late and you have already paid it, select “Upload” in the “Payment order” column to attach your payment order. A bank transfer can take some time to arrive, but with the payment order, your payment can be verified more quickly.

This way, you have proof that the invoice is paid, and your account stays in order without unnecessary delays.

View your credit invoices

The "Credit invoices" tab shows all credit invoices (or credit notes) issued to your account, with the amount, the status, and the invoice each credit was applied to. You can see exactly how each credit reduced your costs, which makes it easier to reconcile your accounts.

You can also download any credit invoice as a PDF file from the "View" column.

Pay automatically with a saved payment method

In the "Payment method" tab, you can add PayPal or a bank card as your payment method.

After you enable automatic payments, your invoices are paid without any action from you. You never miss a due date, you avoid late payment fees, and you spend less time on administration.
