The e-TOLL integration allows you to monitor the balances of your settlement accounts directly in our platform.
You can view available funds, track toll charges and account activity, and set up low balance notifications to stay informed when an account may need attention.
This helps you keep track of toll-related costs and avoid disruptions caused by insufficient account funds.
Check account balance
The "Low balance" status is based on the low-balance amount shown in the e-TOLL system. When an account balance falls below the amount set in the e-TOLL system, the account will be marked as having a low balance in our system as well.
To check your accounts' balance status:
📘 The balance shown is the most recent update we've received from e-TOLL and may not reflect the current real-time balance.
✅ Additional funds can be added through the e-TOLL Online Customer Account (OCA).

Click the down arrow icon
on an account to expand it.
The expanded view shows each tolling event recorded for vehicles assigned to that account, including the date and time, vehicle and the amount charged for the journey.
For each transaction, you can also see the balance after the charge was applied, making it easy to track how the account balance changes over time.
If funds are added to the account, these top-ups will also appear in the list, providing a complete overview of toll charges and account activity in one place.
Notifications for low balance
e-TOLL's system automatically sends a "low balance" notification when the balance of a settlement account falls below the amount configured in the e-TOLL system.
📘By default, this amount is set to 19.90 PLN and is configurable in the e-TOLL Online Customer Account (OCA/IKK) under the "Notifications" tab.
Their notifications are sent to the email associated with the account and shown in the e-TOLL "Notifications" tab.
You can also set a custom notification for low balance in our system. This allows you to receive an warning before the configured amount in e-TOLL's system is reached.
For example:
If in our system the notification threshold amount is set to "200 PLN" and in e-TOLL's system, the low-balance amount configured to "19.90 PLN":
At 199 PLN, our platform will send you low-balance notification (but the e-TOLL account balance status will still not be shown as "low balance").
At 19.90 PLN, the account is marked as "Low balance".
If no notification amount is configured in our side, notifications are sent by e-TOLL when the balance falls below the configured low-balance threshold in their system.
How to set notifications
Enable the "Low balance warning" notification to be alerted when a settlement account's balance falls below your preferred threshold.
This helps you top up the account in time, and avoid interruptions to toll payments.
Go to
Integrations -> Poland e-TOLL.
Click the "Settings" button on the top right.
On the Notifications tab, enable the toggle next to "Low balance warning".
Choose the balance amount that should trigger a low balance alert (you will receive a notification when the account balance drops below the value entered).
Lower down, select where you want to receive the notifications.
Click the "Save" button.
