How can I check if my route was shared with e-TOLL?
If you want to make sure that your route was forwarded to e-TOLL, you can use Sent Coordinates functionality in the e-TOLL integration tab.
Why my routes are not being sent to e-TOLL if I have successfully registered my car?
This may occur if data forwarding has been turned off, or if updates or changes were made to the vehicle registration in the e-TOLL system, preventing data synchronization with the Platform.
Why does my invoice include e-TOLL position for a vehicle that I have switched off data forwarding for?
If you are not planning to use e-TOLL for some while or at all on some of your vehicles, besides switching off Data forwarding you need to also unregister your cars. Otherwise, you will be charged for using this service per each vehicle which remains registered.
Why my routes are not forwarded to e-TOLL and are not visible on the Platform?
If you receive notifications that your route was not delivered or you see that your routes are missing in the Platform, then there might be GPS signal issues or your device is currently out of mobile network coverage. In the worst case, there might be some technical issue with a device or its connection to the vehicle battery.
Why does the number differ from the amount of vehicles in e-toll? How are vehicles linked to e-TOLL accounts?
The vehicle count shown next to an e-TOLL account represents the number of vehicles that have been linked to that account based on information received from e-TOLL.
When e-TOLL provides account balance information, it also includes the associated vehicle and account combination. Our system uses this information to link vehicles to the corresponding account. As a result, the vehicle count reflects only the vehicles for which we have received account-related data.
If a vehicle is not shown under any e-TOLL account, it does not necessarily mean that the vehicle has never used that account or generated toll charges. It may simply mean that we have not yet received the information needed to establish the association.
📘 Account-to-vehicle associations are only available based on data received since we started displaying e-TOLL account balances in our system.
Historical associations from before account balance visibility was introduced cannot be synchronized retroactively, so some vehicles may not appear under their accounts even if they were associated in the past.
