The Declarations Overview tab, of our "Swiss heavy vehicle charge" integration, will show you all declarations from your registered vehicles as well as those declaration's current status for a whole month.
It allows fleet managers to monitor which declarations have been successfully submitted, identify possible issues, and access detailed information for each day.

Easily view declarations for the whole month
Get a clear monthly view of all declarations from your registered vehicles, along with their current statuses. This helps fleet managers quickly see which declarations were successfully submitted, spot any issues, and open detailed information for each day. Each row in the grid represents a vehicle, and each column represents a day of the selected month.
Quickly select any month and vehicles
Easily choose the month and vehicles you want to see. Pick a specific vehicle or select “All” to view your entire fleet. These simple filters make it easy to focus on the areas that matter most or quickly spot where issues might be happening.
Visually check declaration statuses
Easily check the status of each declaration at a glance. Each day’s cell uses icons to show whether a declaration was sent, accepted, had issues, or was corrected. You can quickly spot accepted declarations that still have alerts, review any with errors, and keep track of pending corrections until they’re reviewed by FOCBS.
 | Accepted | Declaration has been successfully submitted and accepted by the Swiss governing authority (FOCBS). Note: this does not mean that there were no data issues — it only means the declaration went through successfully. |
 | Error | The declaration submission failed and did not reach FOCBS. Resubmission or manual corrections are required. |
 | Correction pending | A correction has been submitted to FOCBS and is currently awaiting review. |
 | Correction accepted | The correction request has been accepted by the authority. |
View if we detected any possible issues
Quickly see if we’ve detected any possible issues, like GPS jumps or a suspicious amount of trailer connection events. Each possible issue lets you either dismiss it or fix it right away to keep your declaration data accurate.

Open each declaration for a detailed view
Click any declaration to open a detailed view for that day. You’ll see all the data used in the declaration, including any detected issues. A map will show the vehicle’s route based on GPS data, and you can toggle each route segment on or off for better visibility. If a correction was submitted, you’ll find its current status in the Correction Summary. To make a change, just click “Correct Declaration” at the bottom right.
