The Thermo King integration allows you to add data from Thermo King equipment to your platform vehicles. Depending on the features of the equipment you choose, you can view data such as setpoint temperature, supply air temperature, operating mode, warnings, and more.
If the unit is equipped with a GPS tracking module, you can also add it to your Platform profile as a separate vehicle and track its location.
🔔 Integration management is only available for administrators or users with unlimited access.
Set up Thermo King integration
To set up Thermo King integration:
Go to
Integrations ➡ Thermo King.📘 If you don't find this integration in the integration list, contact your Client Project Manager or our Client Support.
Click the Get form button in the top-right corner.
🔔 The form must be downloaded from your Platform account, as it contains pre-filled technical information.
Fill out the form and send it to your Thermo King representative.
🚨 Please, do not make any changes to lines 2 and 3!
When you receive a response from your Thermo King representative with your authentication information, click on ADD INTEGRATION.
Press '+Thermo King'.
Choose an account name and enter it in the 'Account name' field, fill in the other fields with the corresponding data received from the Thermo King representative, and click on the LOGIN.
When the registration is finished, click REFRESH DEVICES. Once activated, all vehicles can be viewed in the Fleet section.
🔔 By default, the integration setup activates all of the integration units and starts a subscription fee. If you do not want to use all of the Thermo King units on the Platform platform, click on DISABLE to cancel the subscription for a specific unit.
