Can I manage my subscription online myself?

How to make changes to your subscription.

At the moment, subscription changes — pausing, rescheduling, updating payment details, and cancelling — are handled by our team rather than through a self-service portal.

Just contact us via live chat (the chat icon in the bottom-right corner) or email support@goodforme.com with your order number and the email on your account, and tell us what you'd like to change. It's usually sorted within one conversation.
