My package hasnt arrived

  • Sweden: 3–5 working days

  • Germany & Austria: 2–4 working days

  • Switzerland: 3–5 working days

  • United Kingdom: 5–9 working days

If the expected delivery window has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, please get in touch with us. Include your order number and we will investigate immediately.

What happens next: A package is considered lost if it is never delivered or if tracking marks it as lost. As soon as you let us know, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
