Whether you receive a tracking number depends on the carrier used for your country:
Germany & Austria (Hermes): Tracking number provided by email once your order is dispatched.
United Kingdom (Royal Mail): Tracking number provided by email once your order is dispatched.
Sweden (PostNord): Tracking is sometimes provided, but not always. This is a PostNord limitation. If you have not received a tracking number, your order is still on its way.
Norway and Switzerland: No tracking is available. Please refer to the expected delivery times for your country.
If you were expecting a tracking number and have not received one within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us with your order number and we will check on it.
While some carriers of tracking, there are times when a tracking number is not sent. This is something we are continually trying to improve with our carriers here and overseas.
