How to send your test material to the laboratory
This applies to laboratory tests. Use the included prepaid envelope to return your sample to the laboratory.
There's three options to return the sample:
1. Drop your sample off at a USPS Service Point
2. Drop your sample off at a USPS post box.

The shipping for sending your sample is already paid. You use the envelope included in the kit to send your sample.
The envelope can be different colors depending on the test you ordered.

Communication
You will receive an SMS & email when your results are ready and available on your profile.
If any issues arise with the testmaterial during the process, we will contact you directly.
Can I send the sample using my own delivery service?
No. The test must be sent in the included prepaid envelope. If you use another delivery method, we cannot guarantee that your sample will be delivered correctly or analyzed at the laboratory.
